We are not a placement agency. Tier I Portal does not guarantee scholarships, roster positions, or admissions outcomes. We provide recognition, education, and proactive exposure β€” not placement or representation.


2. Eligibility

Use of the Tier I Portal website and Services is limited to:

  • Individuals invited or approved by Tier I Portal.
  • Parents or legal guardians of recruited student-athletes.
  • Coaches, recruiters, and institutional representatives who use the site for viewing athlete profiles.

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using our Services.


3. Athlete Profiles and Public Information

Athlete profiles created and displayed through Tier I Portal are publicly viewable for exposure and recruiting purposes.
Each family or athlete who participates acknowledges and consents to the public display of the following:

  • Name, image, biographical data, athletic highlights, academic background, evaluations, and related materials.

Profiles may be shared with coaches, schools, and organizations in the normal course of recruiting activity.


4. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Tier I Portal are non-refundable.
By submitting payment, users agree that all fees are final and non-transferable.
Services begin immediately upon recruitment and acceptance into the Portal, and fees cover evaluation, profile development, administrative setup, and marketing efforts that cannot be reversed or prorated.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tier I Portal website β€” including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and platform design β€” is owned or licensed by Tier I Portal and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the website or platform without prior written permission from Tier I Portal.


6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Tier I Portal, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute athlete profiles or content for unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access private or restricted areas of the website.
  • Use the website or its content for commercial gain outside of Tier I Portal’s authorized purposes.

Tier I Portal reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms.


7. Disclaimers

Tier I Portal provides its Services for educational and visibility purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding scholarship offers, team placement, or college acceptance.

While we strive to provide accurate and professional evaluations, all information and recommendations are subjective assessments made in good faith based on available data at the time of review.

Users assume all responsibility for their personal decisions, outcomes, and interactions with third-party institutions.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier I Portal and its affiliates, staff, or representatives are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
  • Actions, decisions, or communications made between athletes, families, coaches, or third-party organizations as a result of using the platform.

Total liability of Tier I Portal shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for Services during the 12-month period preceding the claim.


9. Termination

Tier I Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or acts in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the Portal.
Termination does not entitle the user to any refund of fees already paid.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.


11. Updates to Terms

Tier I Portal may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
